The fact that so many of my classmates came from prestigious colleges didn’t help.#4 The professor then turned to racial numbers: We have fourteen underrepresented minorities out of our total of one hundred students. In academic circles, underrepresented minorities include blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans.
